Finding a fun, meaningful, and easy way to fundraise at your school can be tough. And it shouldn’t be. So we are dedicated to making sure the Art Fundraiser for Schools is simple and profitable – and – one that highlights the creativity of every student in your school.

How Does Our Art Fundraiser for Schools Work?

After students create artwork, you’ll label the artwork (we provide stickers with every student’s name) and ship the artwork to us (we pay for shipping). We’ll scan in the art and will send you a custom order form for every student. Then, parents, family, and friends can order keepsakes and ship their products to your school for free or to their home for an additional charge. At the end of the fundraiser, we’ll send you a check with your profit.

Can we use our own paper for a fundraiser?

We prefer that you use our art paper to ensure that:

We scan it accurately
We minimize any distortion of the image on the final keepsake products.

Can children participating in a school program do more than one piece of art?

Yes! One piece of artwork will be submitted through the school, but parents are welcome to upload additional pieces of artwork to order from at ArtToRemember.com.

Does Art to Remember pay for shipping?

Yes! We pay all shipping charges for the following:

Program materials: We send you all materials and products needed for a successful program, including: art paper, student labels, sample keepsake products and display/marketing items to help you promote your fundraising program.
Artwork: We provide a prepaid label to make it easy to send us your completed artwork.
Personalized Order Forms: We send you the personalized order forms to send home to your parents AND provide a prepaid shipping label so you can easily return completed orders to us.
Keepsake Products: We pay for and ship your primary order of keepsake products and one late order to the school.

Note: Schools in Alaska, Hawaii and APOs will be billed half the shipping charges.

Parents who order online have the option to ship their orders directly to their home. If parents select this option, they are responsible for shipping charges.
