Step One
Pour a small amount of red paint into a tray.
Step Two
Use a round sponge, dip into the paint and press onto the paper several times. Allow dry time after this step.
Step Three
Draw small curves on the red dots with a black marker. Fill in the curve. From the center of the curve, draw a line across the red dot. Then place equal dots on either side of the line.
Step Four
Repeat this process with all of the red dots.
